i just bought a intercooler and a turbo from mike, it came in in 3 days and i was able to just drive up to the shop and pick it up (i live like 15 mins from the shop), the turbo had to come straight from garret which took longer than they told him but he kept me up to date the whole way and a week later it was there, he even let me come to the shop at 10:30 pm to pick it up. i spoke to mike yesterday and he has not been in the shop for the past 2 days, because he has been taking care of some other things. i i get a hold of him this weekend i will let him know that you people are looking for him. But he is a good guy.

I have to back him up. Mike has been in contact with me ever since the beginning. He said that he will ship my SFP manifold Monday 15th Dec 03. We'll see. I have faith on him tho. He answered all my questions expeditiously....

No I have not had ANY experiences with Mike or motormatrix.com but I did co-owned a business with my older brother and there were times when the supplier lied/bullshited/didn't ship the orders...

Now if this is the situation then this guy should had let the customer know. If it was a mistake in his part then also let the customer know. Having a customer come on here and put down the company is really bad... since there are so many people reading this...

Now Mike if you can DO get some help. I'll rather pay somebody to help out than end up losing 20-30 future customers... just my .02 cents!!!

Good Luck!

I would just like to tell you guys I have had nothing but the BEST customer service when it comes to ordering stuff from Mike at motor matrix. He had my custom sc61 shidelivered to my house 2 weeks after I placed the order. I then ordered a MSD ignition which was at my door 2 days after the order.

Mike gets a big from me. I would really appreciate if you guys would contact the actual business personally instead of making a thread that could potentially ruin a business just from one individual's experience. Sometimes things don't always go smooth when it comes to ordering things...

I do not care to hear anything that happened to your friend, your neighbor, or your grandma's sister who drag races the NHRA finals every May in Atlanta, Ga. Consider this as a warning for any of you that have done so already.
