I found the name of the store on H-T and ebayed it up. They responded fairly quickly until I sent my PayPal payment. After that, they no longer answered any emails. How much time should I wait before filing a claim? I got screwed over with PayPal once since I was arranging a replacement with the eBay seller, it past their time limit and told me they cannot do anything.
