Well I saw Matt logged out today THEN logged back into AIM, so I sent an AIM, went something like this

Well I spoke to my customer about a half hour later then an hour and sure enough he has gotten no calls at all!

 

It's crazy how people still buy from this guy. I ordered one, but at the 2month mark I called my bank and got my money back. No way I'm about to wait damn near a year to get a manifold.

 

Matt called me last night around 8pm or so. Said that it should ship out on Friday (tommorrow). We'll see.......AGAIN.

 

Matt You really do suck.

You better find another job.....hopefully one where the products are already made when people order them (ie. mcdonalds ).

That is some funny **** man!!!! But what if someone waits 45 minutes for their Big Mac with no onions? The McD's people will just say "Hey Matt is a good guy, custom sandwiches take time BUT when you get it you'll love it!"

LMFAO, MAN I hope you see your manifold soon. Just pray that dhl doesnt send it to some other state like they did mine. It's really frustrating after you've waited so long to see you maiifold travel the country. Not only that, he just threw the manifold, downpipe, and dump tube in a box with no packing, so they were hitting eachother on their journey. Atleast the only damage was a tiny dent at the end of the downpipe

What would be funny is if that **** was sent around the world and like in teh old Peanuts Charlie Brown Cartoons it comes back with stamps and flags from all over the world!

 

Yet another one waiting forever...reading these posts was like reading my brain. no response, then its about to be finished...or the me and my partner split, its screwing me up story...I've sent pm's saying I've had it no response...

He reads the boards, he's ignoring it on purpose. When I called him a scammer he PM'ed me asking what my problem was and telling me not to bad mouth him.

Point is he is a Scammer and everyone needs to put that in their sig to get the point across.

 

Well friday i sent an e-mail to Matt telling him that i want to cancel my order. Let's see how long this is going to be. I told him that by tuesday i want to hear from him. For the past 2 mths i've been trynig to get an update on the order and he's trying to hide. Well Matt if you read this please get back to me a.s.a.p i'm trying to end this in a peacefull way.

 

Hopefully most of you guys paid by credit card. If so chargeback. Enough chargebacks and he will close doors and no more problems.

So the one order was $x20 and the other was $x00. So let me know something, sorry I got to do it cuz each of them would rather buy a Full Race or PeakBoost then have to wait and be given promises over and over again!

Ive been reading these posts about Matt for a while now. I dont usually post because i havent had any experience with him or anything. But ive just got to say that enough is enough. If you take someones hard earned money you HAVE to give them what they payed for...and in a timely manner. I unerstand how it is to get backed up...ive been backed up quite a few times myself. But instead of promising something that i cant do, i tell them the truth about how long itll take and then bust my *** until its done. Ive found that if you tell the people the truth they will be more likely to work with you.

I work by myself...so i dont usually take more than one or two orders at a time. Id rather take my time and not be rushed and do work that is up to my standards. I was working on a guys head and IM one time an had a friend come to me and ask if i could do a head for him in a couple weeks because he needed his car back together asap. I knew that i shouldnt do it because i already had so much work, but since he was a good friend i decided to help the guy out.

Well i busted my ***(6 straight 12hr days then 3 straight 14hr days) to get it done and be able to finish the other customers stuff on time. Did it suck working 114hrs in 9 days? HELL YES! But its just something that i had to do. I agreed to do it...which to me means that i have to do EVERYTHING possible to get it done on time. Its called business ethics...which Matt obviously knows nothing about.

Well me and the customer agreed if we did not get a tracking # today we are going ahead of the Charge back tomorrow. So now I gotta call my credit card company tomorrow and see about getting the charge back.

I hope you guys get the cas back, becasue most CC will only do chargeback within the first 60 days after that you pretty much screwd, i hope it works out
