Just FYI, I didn't post to STICK UP for Matt, I was giving my customer TTE Teg an update that he asked for. He was out of the country in Spain and asked me to get info from Matt on his mani and dp order which I did. I am in no way defending Matt for the time it is taking and also feel it is uncalled for
But also I made a post to have it known what I was being told so if there are more delays there are always paper trails and such as long as the thread isnt deleted. Boostfed Racing has two orders left from One Fab, Rich Abernathy aka TTE Teg who started this thread and also JDogg on this board. I don't sell One Fab products anymore. The products are made well BUT of course the turn around time is too long and not as promised, Boostfed Racing cannot jeapordize it's good name with waits longer than what was originally quoted ....well let me rephrase EXTREME WAITS or turn around times 5 times the original quote. Sorry Matt

7 months?? try a whole year. ive been tring to get my mani fron matt for a year and 20 days now. he keeps promising "jus 1 more day for sure" and me being a nice guy gives em not just a day but a week after he says that. but if he doesnt give me a track # TODAY im going to my lawyer.

What I would like to know from recent 1Fab customers, Precision Turbo Insiders, PT-67 Ball bearing Turbo owners, or anyone with some inside info is.
1. How many people know of this PT-67 Ball bearing version Turbo running around and when did they get it?
2. How many people here are on the list to get one (precision says 80+ are on back order)
3. Is there anybody here that can vouch for the one fab team on a timeliness order of fabricated parts with in the last 6 months to a year
4. Is there anybody here that works for precision that could possibly email me some current information about this PT-67 BB

Just to confirm, I had a customer interested in the same turbo and I spoke to Precision yesterday and they state it is still a 4-5 week backorder for this particular turbo and they have been backordered for a LOOOONG TIME. So at least you can feel more at ease with that info I think

Thank you for the reply boostfed and I don’t want to come off the wrong way, but you inquired about this 3 days ago where my order has been on lock for about 5 months. Precision has told me that they have got some in and have been shipped out, but they wont tell me how many. But after talking to Brain (I think that’s his name) at precision, he told me Quote "if you ordered yours in November you should have got your turbo weeks if not months ago". He then asked me who I ordered it from because he needs to know if there is a problem with one of their distributors, I said one-fab out of Texas, and he was puzzled.
There is no doubt in my mind that these turbos are on back order right now but the cartridges they are waiting on will not come in 100 at a time instead 2 here 3 here 8 there etc.
Matt could you please reply to my email or give me a call about this situation as well as the status on the omni drag springs. Thanks

Last Friday the 10th it was set to go out Matt then you stated it will definately go out Monday, since then we have had no word at all from you. We attempt to contact you to no avail. If it has been sent then forward a tracking # over to us

Problem is a company like this has spent your money already & can't afford to give refunds, and think by some miracle they can still get these orders out on a budget.
Over on k20a.org they had enough time to put a new k-series mani out to the public & are taking orders.
You can go on the better business borough's web site & report them. When the're are enough violations the borough is forced to fine them, then if it still goes on they can be shut down.
BTW one-fab you guys ******* suck!!!!!!!!!!!

regardless of whether or not they are a member, the bbb can still do something about the company. at least they can here in california, i dunno where you live but ive had problems with places here in town and went to the bbb, and they got my money back no prob, took a while, but they got it bad?
Well my customer, the Original Thread Starter, has called Matt last night and left a voicemail again and also PM'ed him. The customer was off from work all day today and let him know he could contact him BUT so far we haven't heard anything yet!
I have two orders left Rich Abernathy, the original thread starter, and JDogg on this board. I stopped taking orders before the New Year due to these problems and of course am not carrying or selling these anymore. It is unfortunate
