Ok so i have a D15 mini me and i found a turbo kit for cheap (figure why not turbo whats left) now i have a question can to much oil pres in the turbo stop it from spooling because it wouldnt spool so i took off my oil feed line and started it for a few and it spooled on idle where with the oil feed line it wouldnt spool so im thinking all i need it a restricter?

 

ok so now i got a fitting to reduce flow and now it spools, but i found oil in the turbine housing on intake side? any ideas whats up
