Default Air diversion / Engine cooling ducts?

Sup guys-

Ive been searching off and on and couldnt find anything thats helped. Im trying to find out what people are doing to lower under hood temps (besides getting a vented hood). Any kind of cooling ducts or diy projects? I noticed on my buddies trans am (non ram air) that from the factory there is an air diversion panel right underneath the front bumper that deflects air up towards the radiator....... any ideas or help would be great.

Are you talking about cooling the radiator or just making the engine bay itself cooler? For the radiator, just duct it and/or put a good fan on it.

If its the engine bay in general, why are you worred about the temp? Did something happen to lead you to belive the engine bay itslef is getting too hot?

No more or less just preventative measures. Im using a 1/2 pwr rad and a 12in fan..... Im just making sure when summer rolls around i dont have any surprises. I found an area where i may be able to duct some tubing toward the radiator from the front bumper.

In general just ways to make the under hood temps lower and cooling the rad. by any method of ducts or panels etc is what im looking for. I have no temp coatings on my setup as well and didnt want to until i have to tear things apart again........

i moved my intercooler as far to the drivers side as possible and made a duct out of fiberglass to my radiator on the passenger side. the water temp gauge reads about 35 degrees cooler (when moving) than it did when the intercooler was in the center.
