Default AEM vs Speedpro

Man i having such a hard time deciding which EMS I should get.Im either getting the aem ems with somewhere around 720cc+ injectors and a techedge wideband,or a speedpro sequential with wideband.I just have been hearing that the speedpro wideband sux. Also the tuner in my area only has messed with the HKS F-CON on there shops 300zx but hasnt messed with a honda yet.Basically its gonna be me and him for tuning my car right now so im looking for something thats not super complicated to tune.I got the money to get either system but just cant decide. Here is my setup but its not finished yet, some of the fuel and turbo parts aren't purchased yet but its what i plan on getting:

ninesecteg's built gsr motor
10:1 je pistons w/ 3mm cometic HG
crower rods
o-ringed
balance to 10k
prodrive oil pump gear

PnP head with 1mm o/s valves
stock gsr cams and aem gears
jg victor x mani
msd 6a with blaster ss coil
aem fuel rail
aeromotive fpr
bbk 255lph fuel pump
720cc+injectors

full race manifold
tial 40mm wg
PWR 24x11x3 intercooler
3"d-pipe and 3" catback with n1 turbo muffler
tial bov
Garret t3/60-1 with .82a/r turbine

Thats all i can think of right now.Trying to get hit 400+hp this year and even more next year when i go all drag.

Thanks in advance

bump ^

I hope this turns in a ems shootout... as I am wondering the same thing.

I would like to hear about Motec too, but I know that it is damn expensive.

From what I hear the AEM is hard to workwith... I think it might have alot of options and a steep learning curve. It does however have plug and play which is a + (no or little wiring). I don't remeber who sait it but they said it was a "fine tuners wed dream" lol.

A n00b question I have is with the boot control on these units. Can you setup a input (toggle switch or button) to change boost levels?

Speedpro or FAST's wide band o2 sensor is the real deal NTK wideband o2 sensor. It is one of the better o2 sensors out there on the market. It's life expendency is a lot longer then the bosch one.

It is better to get whatever system that can be supported by tuners in your area.

There arent any tuners in the area. The only tuner here uses the f-con.He is also an aem dealer, but has never actually tuned with it.

Very nice setup. I don't know what kind of injectors you are looking for but the MSD injectors are good for the price. I have (have not put them in yet as I am still building) 72 lb/hr MSD injectors.
