advice needed from experienced ZC turbo head...
I have a ZC engine all turboed up and ready to go. My setup is as follows
T25 turbo (set to 5-6 PSI)
Saab downpipe,
HF manifold,
MSD 6AL with blaster SS coil, slightly base retarded distibutor,
SAFC set to -38 all accross the board,
stock fuel pump (40-42PSI),
450cc DSM's,
all gaskets, pistons, rings and rods are stock
My question is should I start it up take it for a spin but keep the revs low (as i heard its revs that kills the motor on a forced induction setup, headgaskets blowing etc) or should the only trip i make be to the rolling road to get the correct tuning??? If it were a case of taking it to the rolling road then I shall be willing to hold back and compliment my efforts with some forged engine parts (rods, rings, pistons and cometic headgasket), if you think it will hold for a while then I shall enjoy a couple of days having my first proper boost experience... I just dont know what to expect from this ZC motor
Any comments appreciated...

I have a PP4 ECU and batronix programmer, and was looking to go down this route. I shall hold fire and do so as i dont want to ruin my engine, thanks for the reply
