adjusting actuator
I suppose you could by shortening the actuator arm, cut a section of the rod out and thread it and use a threaded sleeve. If you shorten the arm, it should open the actuator somewhat while keeping the wastegate closed, and hopefully it will take a stronger signal (more boost) to open the wastegate. I've never tried it. Good luck.
btw you can also make a mbc from some home depot pieces. seach google.

What he said. By shortening the arm would make the wastegate spring stiffer meaning hold higher boost. If your arm is 2 pieces connected together by thread, you can adjust it.
Good luck!

Yes. Just loosen a lock nut and remove tiny C-clamp or pin which secures the actuator arm. Then take the arm off from the wastegate lever and turn it for adjusting. You need to make it shorter for higher boost or vice versa.
