? about H22 turbo
I might be buying an H22 swapped EG coupe that HAD a custom turbo kit running at 11.6 PSI. My only concern is that the turbo put too much strain on the motor and would make it unreliable.
What do you guys think? It's a 94 JDM H22a with stock everything except 450 cc injectors. He recently took the kit off to sell it to me all motor.
Think the engine is ok after about 2k miles of boost on 11.6 lbs?
Thanks for the help.

Re: ? about H22 turbo (kennyfsu)
before you buy the car take it to a shop and get it leak and compression checked or better yet have the seller do it in terms of sale

If the motor is stock, I would definitely get a leak down test like macdelli mentioned. That's a lot of boost for stock h22 - even if it's tuned properly.
The leakdown test will tell you if the ringlands are shot or not.
