Are his high and low settings the same because he doesn't have VTEC? I will be running a DOHC ZC with the hack, so my high/low settings dont matter either, right?

You high and low throttle % only matters if your fuel settings for narrow is different to wide. In the normal hack settings the high/wide and low/narrow fuel trims are set to be the same hence the throttle % does not matter.

Why doesn't so the throttle % matter? Im really having trouble grasping the hack idea.

Does the high/low throttle setting mean which map the ECU runs? Like one for 25% throttle (low) and another for 80% throttle (high)? Please explain.

So I can leave my high/low settings anywhere?

Let's say that for all RPM segments, both high and low throttle, you set them to -40%. Now, at any RPM and any throttle percentage it's going to use a -40% correction. It doesn't matter what the hi/low throttle percentage switch point is because no matter where the throttle is it uses the same settings, -40%.
