84mm bore on stock GSR sleeves?
Is it safe to bore out the stock GSR block sleeves to 84mm? I blew pistons ring lands on cyl #2 and the wall is scored from top to bottom and I dont know if a .020" or .5mm overbore will fix it.
What is your experience with this if any?

sigh, I really dont wanna drop $1000 on sleeves and machining. I heard the B20 blocks are garbage for turbo. My best bet is to bring it by the machinist and have him take a look, thanks anyways

I would not call them "garbage", but you definitely have to be careful with them. They will not take the same punishment as your other garden-variaty B-series blocks.
