94h22acord

well i have a jdm h22a in my 94 accord coupe. i have recently made the decision to turbo it. i would like to know what turbo manifolds people have used for the h22 and what in their opinion is the best one out there for making great power. i would like to make somewhere in the range of 300whp at 7-8psi with a t3/t04e turbo. also suggestions on what turbo specs would be best for me are welcomed. thanks for the help.
