Default 84 trim exhaust on a gs-r

i have a built gsr
the turbo has a 84 trim exhaust
i am running a afi topmount manifold w/ a 4inch down pipe/ 4 inch exhaust
1200 cc injectors
i dont know much about turbo trim or sizing

someone give me an idea on if it will be too big or ok.. i have heard both ways but lmk what everyone thinks

Can't answer that question without knowing at least the inducer or exducer size of the turbine wheel. What turbo do you have?

Edit: WOW, don't bump the thread 17 minutes after you made it, someone will get to it eventually seriously

sorry im a noob. it is a t60-1 the wheel is 60.5 mm it has a 84 trim ex side

Is this a T3/T4 or staright T4 turbo? When you say it has a 60.5mm, that is your compressor wheel or turbine wheel? What KIND of turbo is it and where did you buy it?

t3/t4 60.5 compressor wheel my friend had it on a 2.0 eclipse

The compressor wheel is irrelavant, I only asked since you didn't state at first if it was the turbine or compressor wheel that was 60.5mm. There is no way to tell you if an 84 trim is too big or small without knowing either the measurements of the inducer or exducer of the turbine wheel
