5year down time, prep to run again?
My sol has been on bricks for 5 years waiting for a new throwout bearing. I am putting a turbo on now too. After sitting for 5 years what all do I need to do before I start it up with a turbo? It was in sound running condition except for the throwout bearing. All I can think of is fresh coolant, oil change and a few gallons of fresh 93+ petro. Or should I get some gas,oil and coolant treatment additives or seafoam? (putting in new fuel pump and injectors)
It was my dads del and he has a few hondas and he just never got around to puttin the bearing in. I got tired of seeing that potential on bricks and talked him into selling it to me. But I still need to know if there is anything I should do before starting it up after a 5 year nap and adding a turbo.
I am replacing all the belts. The gas tank is half full. So I should add octane booster and maybe few gallons of fresh gas?? How do i prime oil?

drain the gas and put fresh gas or fill it up with the old with octane booster
take the ecu fuse out from the engine bay and crank it for 10sec then let then starter rest and crank it again

drain gas and change fuel filter forsure, throw old gas away start fresh, wouldnt hurt to take valve cover off and pour oil all over valve train, change oil after you get it running
