Default 550's going to be enough

I have a b16 with a max rev manifold, garett t3/t4, tial 35 mm, greddy type s bov,and skunk 2 manifold. I blew my motor and I am now building it with darton closed deck sleeves stock bore crower rods je pistons 10-1 compression (which i think is a little high but my mechanic says otherwise) skunk 2 valves, valvesprings and retainers and skunk 2 cam gears. My question is are the 550 rc's going to be big enough for me to get tuned out on 14 to 16 psi. P.S. I have a areoquip inline pump, and the car is not daily driven.

i think they will be alright, i wouldnt run much more boost than that though

I think my fuel pump is pretty good came off of a turbo mustang, but I am welcome to opinions and will look into it. On the compression I have never heard of it but my mechanic has never told me anything wrong, and he has had a turbo motor with same compression and made excellent power. And on the boost I think I will be able to handle because of my sleeves. But I know traction is going to be a prob but I am building my car for roling starts i like the high end. Thank you for all of ur input your help was greatly appreaciated.

The higher the compression the less boost you will need to make the same hp.. ex.

9:1 with 15 psi is like 10:1 at 8-9 psi...

Just make sure its tuned really good.. that pump should be alright.. people just like running intake pumps.
I was going to run 10:1 comp on my sohc with like 10 psi but I got 8:5.1 instead cuz I got a good deal on them..

Have fun with boost.. I pick up my block this week cant wait.. sohc

I was just showing that it takes less boost to make the same hp on a higher compression motor
