aside from the normalnice big turbo and big Ic and big exhaust etc....you WILL need sleeving because the b20s have thin sleeves to start with. You will also need pistons, rods and maybe a new ignition system. Otherwise do a search. Plenty of people have made 400whp on b20's. You will also need to focus on how to get that poewr down and safely too (saving axles)

Since I have a B20, I always am looking at setups. If you want to make safe power (400+) then sleeving would be ideal. Ive seen setups where guys throw in pisions and rods, properly installed blockguard and run 400hp on stock sleeves. They are few and far in between, but they are out there. Everyone can agree, in the end it boils down to tunning, theres no way around it.
Heres a quick shopping list
sleeves
pisions/rings
rods
standalone fuel management (Uberdata CROME Hondata)
injectors/pump/regulator
clutch
Possibly VTEC head (reach your goal easier)
Those are some things that you will need to make your setup nice and reliable. The term reliable is relative tho, becuase you could build your motor with all the things that I just listed and run the RRR FMU on that engine and that would be considered "unreliable".
Search function is your friend and you will learn quite a bit by using it. I know I have.
good luck

WAy to many options...depends on budget and where you want the power to be. Try searching a little
