3bar map sensor question

If I install a 3 bar map sensor will my car run alright or should I wait until I get to where I'm getting my car tuned to install it?

you can go ahead and splice it into the original map sensor but dont plug it in 3bar. find out first if your chip is set for a 3bar, if not just splice it in and leave the original map hooked up.
