Anyone in here know if the 300ZX Non Turbo is similar to the 300ZX TT? Because I was thinking about getting a Non Turbo and then going to the junkyard or something and pull out the manifold, Turbo, ecu, etc and using it. Will it work? Or are they both completely different motors? Internals different ,etc?

 

i work at a ,nissan dealer. heres my 2 cents buy a turbo model dont do the conversion. and why? i personally think thats one of the worst cars nissan ever made.

 

its VERY diffcult to do. trust me someone i know has actually done it. 100gs later...**** you not.

its very difficult, i dont know hte specifics but i could find out for ya!

 

ya.....those engine compartents are EXTREMELY tight...there real hard to work on.

 

the car's curb weight doesn't help the situation either
