3 5/8" to 4 " vband exhaust housing
Just bought a new PTE and already have a 4" downpipe.
problem is the PTE exhaust housing is 3 5/8" all though the 2 mate up almost perfectly and clamp tightly together i relized they are still different sizes.
does any one know if they make an adapter? or should i just buy a 3 5/8" vband flange and cut / weld ?

If there's no interference or obstruction of the housing to the opening of the 4" v-band, then there's nothing to worry about. If you're that selective about it, you really have 2 options.
1)you'll need to make your own conversion, or machine down the obstruction of the housing on a lathe.
or
2) call Precision, get their v-band flange and clamp, then cut & reweld the new flange from PTE (that's if they sell them, which I'm not sure about)
That difference is just too close for anyone to make an adapter for, unless its your own.
