Default Oil Leak

There's a slow leak between the housing and the hot side of my turbo. Is there some sort of gasket or something there or does it just need to be tightened?

sounds like the seals are bad if your drain is ok

Are the seals located in the housing itself??? If so... good. I have a spare housing

no the seals are inside the center section of the turbo and require dissasembly to install.
