judging on what calculations i did on rc's page, i got somewhere around 600-625 crank?
http://www.rceng.com/technical.htm#WORKSHEET
the figures i got were:

600 crank hp
4 injectors
.65 BSFC
80% duty cycle
75 psi rail pressure

John I sent you a PM but im sure others may have these same questions.

-Do you disable the main relay after this seperate relay is in place?
-How do you imitate the factory prime function? Cant remember if this is on IGN 1 or 2???
-Is a standard 4 post relay sufficient?

I used the stock power wire as my signal wire to the relay (therefore it functions as it would stock), and ran 10 guage wire from the battery to the relay to the pump. It seems to be working just fine, but I have not really pushed it yet.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by jerseykid609 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">sondeffects made around 650 with that kinda setup. I made over 600 on that setup.

only thing u really need is a dedicated relay for the pump and a thicker guage power wire for the pump . ive heard of people making close to 750 on that setup but at that level its not a great idea. </TD></TR></TABLE>

What else in the fuel system do you have to put out over 600whp? What fuel pressure? All stock lines and rail?

I have a walbro 255hp and pte 1000ccs at 45psi.... maxed out 100% duty cycle at 537whp. I'm really interested in making more power without upgrading the whole entire fuel system.

In our H22 we're running 1000cc with walbro 255 @37-38psi of fuel pressure with a 1:1 FPR
