Check whether 15A hood fuse 44 or 15A dash fuse 13 is blown.

I not worried about any fuses but the two I mentioned. Do both of those installed fuses have battery voltage at both top test tabs?

Unplug the main relay, turn the key to ON(II), and then jump terminal 7 to terminal 4 (7-4). Does the fuel pump run? Do the same test for 5-4. Does the fuel pump run?

Are you absolutely sure that installed fuse 44 has battery voltage on BOTH top test tabs? Click the fuses link in my signature.

Test continuity of the wire running from fuse 44 to the main relay plug.

It's the Wht/Blk wire. Measure continuity between installed fuse 44 and terminal 7 of the main relay plug.

You test for continuity using a voltmeter set to continuity mode.

wire would be split in two, meaning no power. i would do a volt drop test to be sure. checking for continuity will only tell you that there is contact but wont tell you if you have power going through and how much. a DMM from any auto parts store will work, and also comes with instructions on how to do a volt drop.

The test was to verify the problem.

Pierce the insulation of the Wht/Blk wire a few inches from the main relay plug. Do you measure battery voltage there?
