1200cc too big for pump gas?
I have a ls vtec turbo and was planning to make 400-450whp with e85. My plan change since my tuner says e85 is very inconsistent octane wise and won't be a reliable source of fuel. Problem is I bought 1200cc injectors already to run e85 and now I want to run 93 octane, can I run 1200cc with 93? If not, I have a sunoco near me that has 100 octane but it's like $4 something per gallon and I'm dailying it so I'm trying to avoid that. And I don't have enough money to get smaller ones otherwise I wouldn't be asking this question. Thank you

DO IT ON ALL FOURS

Assuming it's a quality injector you will be perfectly fine. It would be nice to know what brand or style they are. Information on the details does help you know... LOL! But E85 can work with a flex fuel sensor and EMS tuning to help combat inconsistent blends.

Re: 1200cc too big for pump gas?
I ran rc 1200cc injectors on 91octane for years with out any problems. I'm not running the new fic ev14 1650cc injectors on pump gas with out problems.
2 Injectors that don't work well on straight pump gas is the old style low impedance 1600cc injectors like the Rc1600 or the precision 1600
Also the ev14 high impedance 2000cc injectors do not work well on pump gas. Like the id/fic2000cc.
