Why in the sweet name of jesus would you tear the motor down, but skimp out 300 bucks for a set of rods that are 10 times stronger than your stockers?

I been running 10psi for 2 years and still running 10psi now with stock d internals. I dont know why people are so scared of 10psi.. 8-10psi is solid for 93

Re: (PK SPEED)
It's not "being scared" of running that much boost, it's why the heck would you go to the extent of completely tearing the motor down and rebuilding it, but not saving up for an extra week and getting some decent rods to replace the stockers. That's like recruiting Maurice Green, Michael Johnson, and Tim Montgomery for a 4 x 100M relay team, then throwing George Foreman in there to run anchor, and tell em to have at er. If you're gonna go as far as to build your motor, why not remove the one main weak link from it.

You haven't listed your compression ratio or turbo size... I ran 16psi on similar fuel with standard comp. Its hp or detonation that will break the rods though .
