I want to know which turbo would be ideal for a street setup on itr stock block with cometic head gasket .057 to lower the compression plan to run the most 12psi

sc61 same a/r and trim
should i go with a smaller a/r ?
will the sc61 be overkill and lag to much or will it have decent low end b/c the compression wont be super low
