Ill have to see how much of a price and availability difference there is being oem vs 4pistons ported pump.
An OEM pump is about $199, Honda part number 15100-P72-A01. 4Piston's pump is $399 - which uses a new modified Honda 15100-P72-A01.

Do you think reusing a two-year-old pump is a bad idea? It probably only has 800 miles of use, hard use obviously, but still pretty new.

**** man... last time i bought a honda oil pump, i think it was 100 dollars.

On the oil pump, i was always instructed, thats the one thing that always gets changed. 800 miles isnt alot, and type of failure plays a huge roll too. Im sure your smart enough to decide on yay or nay.

I re use pumps all the time .just open them up and check the specs. I might actually use my old pump if there isnt any wear on the surfaces or gears.

Turns out my flange was warped to **** and had another exhaust leak resulting in the high coolant temps. I ordered a new 1/2” thick flange and going to burn it in and get this thing leak free.
Im also stuffing a small heater core radiator in my fender with some direct air ducting out thru the fender.
I wana turn some laps this summer.
Block go dropped off this morning to get bored to 81.5 for the pistons. Should be ready tomorrow.

My old PeakBoost turbo manifold cracked last year halfway through the season. I had it repaired and immediately cracked again the following day. Hopefully, you'll have better luck. After the cracking, I was told my heat wrap wasn't helping, so I removed all the heat wrap and had the turbo turbine housing and manifold ceramic coated.

Ducting for the oil cooler and radiator is 75 percent done.
I had my oil cooler mounted to my intercooler and now moved it over in front of the driver wheel to get its own air flow.

That's where I have my oil cooler too. I dig the 3d printed air intake! Very slick.

Here are a few things I've done in fusion - at least car-related. Little off topic...hope nobody minds.

BMW e46 throttle body to skunk b-series (ethrottle ftw). They're 64mm and I had a few laying around in the garage. They're cheap online or a few bucks at a pick-n-pull.

This was a fun one, I designed these clamps to hold a set of trumpets in place for my e46m3. They allowed the use of the factory boots. These are the BMW factory trumpets removed out of the stock airbox.

Holds them all at the same angle

With air filters, and yes if you're wondering, it sounds incredible.

I also designed this equal-length vband manifold for a buddy, Volvo 16v redblock, which he ended up not using, but it was a neat learning experience anyway

The e46m3 intake manifold? Here ya go. I didn't want to cut up the one off my car so I bought a used one for like $50.

stock

You can see the trumpets inside there... These are the same trumpet design on the M3 CSL (carbon airbox) as well

So after some cutting you can pull the trumpets out

Nice work liam!

I got my intake manifold all modified to a back door style and just whipped up a duct for it. Im going to get the motor back together this week and finish fabbing up the piping from there and finalizing all the ducts once everything is confirmed fitted.

I finally finalized where the k24 is going to be in the engine bay and finished and bolted the DCT transmission to the subframe.

This is my test engine, it's sitting on a piece of wood on top of the front subframe so it's at the right height, but bolted to the DCT transmission and the transmission mount to the chassis.
ALLL the room for activities!

Just squeezes in under the hvac cowl

It's so far back!

You can see the trans mount there. The DCT is huge
