*****Greddy 18G No downpipe safe?*****
I am wondering if it is safe to run no downpipe just the cast elbow from the turbo.
downpipe welds broke and don't know where to get another one from my area.
its winter time and it gets pretty cold out right now, and rainy days sometimes. would it affect it aswell?
for those who know the elbow faces toward the ground so im sure it is out of the way of melting anything and I do not mind the noise..

you'd fill the engine bay with soot/carbon, as well as coat the block with soot.. it would also affect the tune (if you have the old blue box it wont really matter)
not to mention noxious gasses entering the cabin (open downpipe under the car isnt as bad) but you'd be choking everytime you turn the heat/air on
