Default Turbo Em1 Boost issue

Hello, I have a turbo civic that I have just bought a couple days ago, when I went to pick it up , it was raining and owner never told me there could be a chance of water going into my coils, I checked yesterday and there was water dried them completely out and changed spark plugs but boost is still not there I can’t figure out the boost issue, changed spark plugs, checked plugs and their good , looked at all my piping to find any boost leaks but nothing, thinking maybe vtec solenoid since vtec does not kick in at all. just had a oil change (brad penn) I’ve driven it around my neighborhood probably 2-3 times to see if boost would kick in but haven’t had much luck with it

Fully built Lsvtec/ Precision 6466
Built Gsr Trans / Albins gear set / competition twin disc clutch

Boost issue, meaning you're not getting into positive pressure consistently? Boost leak? Bad ignition timing? Studdering acceleration?

"Boost issue" is just so vague.. Can you give a bit more detail of your symptoms? Your video is too short. Could be compromised individual coil(s).

it like hits rev limiter at around 4500-5k rpms sometimes even up to 7500 if I’m easing into throttle. Can’t full throttle or car will spudder n just not make any power. It has Rsx coils u think the coils could be the issue? I believe it to be a ignition problem

You're right that sounds ignition related. More than likely a coil or the harness connected to said coil.
