today i was plugging in my spare ecu and i found this... anyone know whats the wires connected to another wires for? its like someone spliced wires and used electrical tape to connected 2 or more wires together. OBD2

what pins are they?
wire color?

 

its a brown/black wire from the biggest plug that is tapped into a all white wire from the little blue plug. then on the medium plug some green,yellow, blue wire is tapped into an unknown wire.

Need better pictures, but it looks like it is just the shielded wire taped over. From the factory it is taped around the shielded wire.

 

That's most likely factory. I'm more familiar with the OBD1 harnesses but they have several weird things exactly like that. The O2 sensor wires are bundled with some bare wire and taped as if by hand. Then there is a redundant ICM wire joined together with some blue electric tape.

 

prob for a v-afc or somthing. call the car's old owner.
