Neptune RTP

Support is fantastic and that IMHO is one of the most important features to consider.

For the past few years we have been focused on tuning AEM EMS standalone units in the Honda stuff. Seems to be too many problems with the stock computers. I feel that the computers are getting older and older.

But then again, around here, the guy that wants the stock computer stuff ends up having junk.

We still do the Hondata Stuff.

So I am a hondata fan boy I suppose because it was my first tuning system years back and have been using it on everything I can since. Where I live there are lots of low budget builds I would like to be able to street tune but it is really hard getting these guys to fork out the 500 to the s300 chip but I want to be able to tune/chip an ecu for these guys for around half of what a hondata/Neptune system would cost. What is the best system for pumping out one time tuned and chipped ecu's for these guys? I have been considering forking out the 430$ for hardware and software I need to tune Crome pro. Any better suggestions? I don't mind paying a little extra for something that is better but is still basically a chip burning service.

For others I tune for in the area, i use Crome and Crome Pro for 99.9% of everything i do. I have tuned on eCtune and wasnt too impressed. Ive know a few people personally that paid for the eCtune licenses and one never got it and the other 2 took months to get it handled, and as others have said, eCtune hasnt had any updates in a while. My laptop did not like my Neptune and i could never get it to connect and had issues, but the software seemed nice. And im now using S300 V2 and I LOVE IT! What im excited about is the constant releases of updated software, and them working for the CPR, and now adding traction control. Its just nice to see that their still sitting at the desk engineering new stuff. Not to say that Neptune isnt. I think the only thing id ditch my S300 for is AEM V2. Really the only reason i want from Crome Pro to Hondata was the need more feedback from the datalogging.
