We are discussing this issue with you via email to try and figure out why you are having issues with the basemap. Please keep the conversation to one single means of communication so we can resolve the issue asap :-)

It is VERY uncommon to have the issue you are experiencing with your engine application.
Don't worry we stand behind our products/services so we will come to a solution!

Maybe he should try communicating with Mtber first. And if the issue can't be resolved with Mtber who he purchased it from. Then get other's input to keep things simple. Just a thought as well.

Asking for other's input is pointless & a waste of time in a situation such as this one & many others.

In fact that is a major issue with this community. We get customers all of the time that try and listen to their "home boy" that told them X turbo & cams will work good for his setup. They then ask me for advice & simply refuse to hear the truth until they are on the dyno and seeing that their "home boy" was wrong lol etc. Welcome to being a Honda/Acura tuner! /End of rant

While i do agree with that.. - it is understandable why he would want input from vast other people..

yes, i completely concur with the whole my home boy did it and it works fine..yes, but your home boy is wrong..and flirting with engine meltdown.. i do understand where your coming from..

but from his point, he's trying to just cover his basics, i hope.. and not undermind u.

Being told to check this & replace that by 100 people on a forum isn't going to get him anywhere [/end of thread]

We are working with the customer via email to send him a new eprom chip to try out :-)
