Innovate LC-1 ReCalibrate?
I just put a Innovate LC-1 wideband in my crx, calibrated it and realized that I need to unplug it so I can tighten it down (can't turn the O2 sensor into bung without wires getting bunched up). When you unplug it, does it need to be recalibated or is it okay to plug and unplug?

Re: Innovate LC-1 ReCalibrate?
Thanks, also got one other question:
So I hook up the analog output 1 to the stock O2 (white wire) wire? Then using Analog output 2 I use the serial adapter to hook up to the laptop? I just don't get if you hook the wideband analog output 2 to the stock O2 wire, so I can use my hulog and datalog on that instead of the Logworks.

You can use the brown (analog 2) output into the ECU's O2 input and adjust your parameters within your tuning program to read the 0-3.8 volt input and scale it. Or, if you are using a better software (ie: Neptune RTP) you can log direct serial. It is difficult to use the logworks software with another Real time tuning program as you can't easily overlay the maps and see where you need to make adjustments.

The LC-1 will store the sensor heater calibration as long as the sensor is not unplugged when the LC-1 is powered on.

Don't use the negative battery cable. You need to use another method (ie:switched ignition power). Disconnecting negative battery cable also causes your ECU to reset.

No, I have it hooked up to the ignition, but I had a code on my ecu from a sensor I forgot to plug in and needed to disconnect the cable to clear the ecu of the code. So, I will have to re calibrate, or since the sensor wasn't unpluged when the ignition was on, should it be okay?

Re: Innovate LC-1 ReCalibrate?
Thought I would just ask it here instead of making a new thread. On my car when it's cold the AFR will be like 11-12:1, and no matter how much I lean it out it still does it. As soon as it starts to warm up it goes back up to more like 14.7:1, is there some kind of cold enrichment that I can adjust (I'm using turboedit and ECU control)?

Use ECT vs. fuel trim settings..

Re: Innovate LC-1 ReCalibrate?
That's reasonable, basically as long as it richens up and warms up smoothly you are good. If it has trouble idling when cold, then try adjusting the fuel richer or leaner and see if it helps.

Okay, I found that on the newer NG61+ bins on turboedit have a ECT cold start enrichment, so I'll just lower it and see if that helps. Thank you.
