Ok so i got the s300 installed into a virgin p28 , car runining strong

today i attempt to take out the hatch for a meet , and the s300 throws out the red light!??! check engine light comes on and the car runs like ****, boggs and seems like it doesnt want to go over 3k rpm , couple mins later after unplugging the harness and putting it back on numerous times the green light comes on car is runing fine as iam driving everything is cool then check engine light comes, on and so does the red evil light on the s300 car begins to run like ****

Any1 have any sort of clue what this can bee? s300 is brand New . iam thinking of taking it to hondata since i dont live far and ive only had it for about 4days -__-

 

Did you installed and tuned it yourself?if you did, check what's causing the CEL to throw in your laptop..

 

No i didnt i took it to Ericks racing
would you have any sort of clue on what this might be? idk why iam thinking it might be my harness

 

Take the car back to the shop & have them diagnose the issue.
Your problem could be anything....

 

Yeah iam going to take it to hondata themselves for them to check out everything iam sure they know more then the shop themselves. but thanks for your input

 

Hondata is not open to the public. You need to take it back to the dealer you had tune it or install it.

 

? wth ive been their b4 with my friend for them to check out his kpro that was messing up about a year or 2 back.

 

 

 

 

Got everything to work
then my girl gets in the car and lightly taps the Ecu and the Red evil light comes on the Hondata
i try to set up the laptop and see if any code comes up And nothing shows up? is the Ecu that sensative , and why doesnt it show the Error code to know why its throwing check engine light
