Engine runs very well on WOT. During light throttle, tps ranging 10% to 30% at rpm between 4500rpm to 7000rpm motor misfires and power is down. What can be the cause of this?

light throttle up to 4500rpm is fine, but once the rpm goes above 4500rpm, it misfires badly and power is down. Once i depress the throttle 100% misfire goes away and power is restored and as soon as throttle is released back to 10% misfire starts again.

What can be the problem?

 

It could be an over-rich or lean condition.
Without providing an accurate datalog file & your s300 calibration nobody would be able to tell you what the issue is.

Your best bet is going to be to have an experience hondata tuner check out the vehicle.
