Default CODE 22

Im throwing a code 22 vtec oil pressure switch on my GSR. if i hold the throttle in vtec it like bogs and sounds really crappy but if i floor it still hits and gives you all the pull that it would normally. people have told me it might be the wiring to the switch itself. (which the wring on the car itself is hacked together worse then anything ive ever seen, who nows of a good place to send a harness to get it redone?) please help me out its frustrating as hell lol

its a 97 GSR in a 89 EF but we just redid the harness because it was shorting out on the distributor and popping the ecu fuses. but now its throwing a 6 and a 9. i have three plugs to choose from but none make the codes go away what are the factory wires colors for the two sensors these twocodes are coming from?
