Default chip problem

Have s200 with p28ecu after the tune is burn on chip and pluged into the car it wont start. Tried a b16 ecu and the car started. The p28 works because it came out of a running car. Is it that the the hondata is not reading the chip or should i just up grade to s300. Please Help

Take the ecu & the hondata to a local hondata tuner/dealer & have them diagnose it for you.
