CEL problems
Well where to start. I have a 95 GSR with a B18C1 head and a C5 bottom end. The head is fully built with cams, valve train and port and polish job. The bottom end is completely stock. I have a P28 ECU OBD1 with Hondata S100. My problem is that my car will throw a CEL every once in a while and it won’t give me a code when I jump the two wires. When the cel is on my car won’t go pass 4000 rpm and when I gets to there it sounds like I hit rev limiter and up till 4 grand it runs fine like nothing is the matter and that goes for when it’s not on as well. Do you guys have any ideas or solutions? I’m thinking it’s a tuning issue but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
