Does it matter if the stepped dowel pins are in the outer 2 exhaust side holes in the block with the small side in the block like so
@###@, or can they be in the inner 2 holes in the exhaust #@#@# with the larger end in the block and small end in the head? This is with @ = representing the dowel pin locations. The head gasket is a Cometic lsvtec specific gasket and it fit both ways. Can only find info stating to put them in the outer holes but im not sure why it wouldnt work either way? Thanks in advance!
