Default HELP Engine timing marks wrong

Hey just need help with my engine. I’m putting my head back on the block but before I do I wanna make sure the block is at TDC. The problem is the crank pulley is supposed to have 4 marks on it for timing, correct? 3 close together and the 4th one further away and that’s the one you use? I think that’s right. Anyways on my crank pulley I have only 2 marks and they’re about an inch away from each other. I’ve turned the pulley completely to see if there are more marks but I can’t find any. The block is a jdm d15b if that matters. Thanks and have a great day!

Aftermarket pulley maybe? The first mark (to the left of your photo) is 16° or 12° BTDC (I'm not sure which one D15Bs use, probably 16° though). Set your distributor timing to this mark.

You can use a dial back gun to figure out what the delta is between the two marks and hence what your base timing should be for this engine.

The second mark (to the right in your photo) is TDC. You can also use a dial back gun to time your distributor from there if you figure out that your engine requires a different base timing than the pulley is marked for.
