Default M4 AND VTEC - NO SYNC?

I am currently in the process of tuning my car With D16 TURBO engine. oem dizzy
The Ecu Is Connected by Self Built Adapting Loom.
The Vtec is Configured As RPM/LOad Switch (105) and converted from - (ground) to + (positive)
by a relay.
every time Vtec Kicks In It's NO SYNC ERROR and A Noticable "BUMP/MisFIRE"

The Settings are

High load 300
low load 90
high rpm 8000
low rpm 5500

i think that it's worth to mention that the boost map is not "perfect" but we currently in process of checking
that all is working before tuning it all perfectly.
also, when disabling vtec completly the car runs boost no problem.

please help.
