Default ApexI Vtec controller question/vtec setting....please help

i got a my engine dynoed a while ago and i looked at the vtec controller and the vtec egagement setting from LOW to HIGH was set at 5700rpm. now what i dont remember is what my HIGH to LOW setting was at, nor do i understand it. my friend messed with it and he doesnt remember where the setting was at either. i tried to set them at the same RPM but noticed that the HIGH to LOW cannot go above or be equal to the LOW to HIGH setting. can somebody give me a safe setting for this? Im running on a PWO ecu. TIA

i know this is an old post but ill answer anyway, the high to low v-tec point is where the v-tec will turn off. IE: if your low to high =5700 it will engage at 5700 rpm if your low is 5500 your v-tec will disengage at 5500. i know the stock setting for my civic was L>>H 5850 H>>L 5200 to be safe anything over 5000 rpm should be safe
