there is a CRX that has a b16 in it. Every time he races i noticed that he has a launch control in his car. He gives it gas and it hits one RPM and stays there... Does anyone know how he does it or where to find the electronics to do this? Thanks...

its called a two step...i use the one made by MSD

 

i made one using an MSD revlimiter hooked to the clutch switch on my buddies hatch. With the clutch in it wont rev past the set RPM(has a dial to set it). Since it was a part we salvaged off another car it was a free mod.

Yeah, so does Crome. Its a simple routine. You simply tell the ECU that if there is no signal from the speed sensor then you want the rev limiter set at xxxx rpm.

I just set mine up with crome..... love it!

 

i use hondata. works great.

 

he is talking about me lol my ecu is chipped with uberdata you should have just asked me i would have told you.

 

If you have a MSD box you can use a 2 step box and hook it up to a switch.

 

i have 2step from msd

i heard its bad to 2step from hondata cuz it cuts fuel

 

if you want launch control my friend will chip it for you, and burn you a chip he can also raise your rev limit whatever you want it him to do, but he is going to charge you
