What is a good spring rate???
I was just wondering what a good spring Rate for the back would be in a NA build would be? its for the track and thats it.. Ive seen alot of people running 1000 in the back but it just doesnt seem stiff enough... If anyone has any advice please let me know

Just takes some getting used to
. I am currently running sportlines but, was running 1K's for a while and eventually got used to them. Now everything feels like a caddy

at 1k spring rate in the rear, does it matter what kind of strut/shock you run? i didnt think that they would even compress enough to matter.
