Flow matches thousands at a time?

Another thing that ID does to ensure consistency and better matching is breaking in the injector. New injectors will flow different after some run time as the coil and valve will 'break in' slightly. We run all injectors on a break in bench before any testing is done. This is not to be confused with the warm up procedure to get the coil up to temp before actual testing is done. Just another process we do to ensure a better product.

3.5 years on a Set of ID 1000cc that have seen Pump E85, Ignite Red, Q16, Pump 93, Pump 87...probably others as well.

I had them cleaned ONCE, just this last off-season to make sure everything was good, and they were still within 1.3% at the most.

I've been using IDs since the beginning (2008) and will continue to do so. I have tuned a variety of different brands over the years, and the most consistent have been the IDs.

Even with a new tuning software, a new platform of car...Tony/Paul are on point with R&D and recommendations on what to offer for a particular application. I have never been lead the wrong direction by them. The fact they keep raising the bar is proof enough they are at the top of the Injector game (IMHO)

I simply edited it to keep peace. I also deleted the last reply for the same reason. At the end of the day, said there would be drama and I do not want to promote it.
