Hey all, for a little background I have a 6262 b series that makes 651whp. Tune is great and all but I have been having bog between gears that I cannot figure out all the way.
It's on e85 with ID2000. Neptune with Moates Demon
My throttle tip in setting is -80.
Tps is reading right.
Between gears when you stab the throttle again it hiccups a good amount, so this results in bad response between gears and essentially slow track times. ( I know I can Wide open throttle shift if I want to, but I want to actually resolve the issue).
I have tried messing with the setting some and can't seem to get it all the way right.
I was wondering if you guys may have some insight and also what you have ended up with tip in settings and maybe vaccuum map fuel/ignition values for ID2000 on e85.
Thanks in advance!

I am assuming you are using hondata s300 for the tip in %? Can you send me your file and a log of when it happens (multiple logs will help)
I typically just look at the injector duration and what it's doing between the gear change. That helps setting that % easier.

I had the same Problem in my hatch; I called injector dynamics and they took my injectors back and tested them. they told me the bog in between gears is because i was using to small of a micron fuel filter therefore the e85 was having build up and clogging my injectors what fuel filtration system are you running?

Thanks for the replies, this has been quite a headache:
Turbo-Ls: The timing is around 48 degrees in low vacuum maps. Base retard on tip in is set to 21.25.
dester223: I can email a datalog but It seems to happen too fast for the datalog to catch it. I am running Neptune.
OneSixxKyle: I am running a 100 micron pre-pump and a 10 micron post pump.
If anyone would like to analyze my file I can email it as well.

- Make sure your dead times are correct. The rich condition tip-in is more related to your fuel tables in low vacuum being too rich. Injectors are big but are very responsive... Correct deadtimes and correct vacuum afr is important. A lot of times you will not have to adjust the throttle tip-in/ tps accel rates from your base.

-90 is what the adjustment is for id2000's in Neptune, and on e85 the Calculated difference would be -60. I had set it to -60 and it seemed to be too rich though.

I will try lower values. The car is down right now but the transmission will be going back in in the next few days so I will try. I also am going to try adjusting the vtec low load threshold as my tuner thinks that could be at fault. May take out some low vacuum fuel as well if the -40 doesn't work.
Thanks for the input!
