Full-Race Geoff,

So what you're saying is that the Borg Warner S400SX the 71mm unit is the exact same turbo as the s372 BEP unit? BEP just put their name on it and that's it? They don't do anything to the turbo themselves? What about the "race cover" they offer?

You can get the same "Race cover" from BW. I have one on my S400SX.... They only cost A LOT LESS

Why would you contact "turbodano" if he is no longer with Bullseye? If there is an issue with the turbo then contact the place you purchased it through. Duh!

here it is straight from BorgWarner:

THis information is incorrect. The S372 was first developed by Bullseye then Borg. Bullseye's race cover is not the same as Borg and has been proven to be a superior product. Please check your facts before posting incorrect information.

Why, cause you guys love to give people the run around and blame everything on the customer or distributor being at fault.

We gave you a full refund on the original turbo and all your repairs including shipping, what other company does that?

Fully understood, i'd like to think we have not done so. If we have I apologize. However, we do not appreciate the unprofessional behaivor of another member of this forum who personally attacked an employee of our company with slanderous statements.

I find it midly amusing that nobody posted anything last year when Garrett dropped Precision? .. and amazingly Precision still sells Turbos!

I love Gossip-Tech!

I heard the same thing last year. That's another reason why I would never get another precision. All their parts are resourced from out of the country. For example, China. Their new billet wheel turbochargers fall apart. The shaft is friction welded together.

comming from a company that handles thier phone calls in the most unprofessional manner i have ever delt with!!!! at least your competitors don't argue, hang up on, or blame the customer/consumer. BEP is by far the worst in my book...

garrett/precision units will always be at the top of the list, no comparison!!!

Only thing that I know that changed at bullseye is Dan left, and it seemed like right around that time stuff started to decline.

And all this has what to do with us? I don't think this thread is right...

If you don't like BEP then don't buy from them.
There's many other people selling turbo's, buy from them.
It's not right to bad mouth them and trying to stir up business for yourself at the same time. That's not a professional way to conduct business.
