where would be a good place to relocate the battery in the DA chassis? other then the trunk

I have noticed a lot of batteries are relocated right to the front of the car. Is there any particular reason behind that? Will it not affect weight distribution seeing as the battery is now in front of the front axle? would the rear not be a better place for the relocation?

^seems that more weight on the FRONT of a FWD car would make for better traction! someone correct me if i'm wrong lol

you want the weight in front of the wheels. In the trunk or back seat etc would be the worst spot for a battery.

Here is mine. Its rusted because I havnt had a chance to prime it but the cars going in for paint and they will take care of it at the bodyshop...
