Meguiar's Show Car Glaze. I barely use it, only when my car is feeling REALLY neglected. The polish I use has a lot of emoliants in it, so I don't regularly need a hand glaze.</TD></TR></TABLE>

Mine has been fairly neglected since it's last wax about 6-9 months ago. It's about to be winter and I really want to seal in the paint and protect it since in my state they use magnesium chloride for a de-icer .

That's ******* gross man ... I'd move

If you really want a good protection for winter, get a quality paint sealant. I hear Wolfgang is pretty good ****, you can get it at autogeek.net or detailcity.com. Check DetailCity's forums, they always have some great coupons for either their store or autogeek.

Wash/Clay/Polish/Glaze/Sealant.

Then a couple days later, Wash/Wax.

Double protection, and a great shine.

Yeah, I've heard ok things about it. Honnestly, it's wax. As long as it's professional grade, it's good. It's not about having the best product, it's about what product works best for you.

It's because I'm lazy and you bend over a lot.

It's cool seeing a girl doing some quality detailing (no underlying meaning there). I just wish my girlfriend would detail my car damnit...because that's sexy . Don't you think that hand detailing is limiting yourself though?

Do you have any experience with machine detailing? I'm just wondering if my cheapo black & decker orbital buffer is even better than by hand...

Not at all. Random orbitals suck chode. They're often weaker than by hand as well. My girl and I were doing my grandmother's old caprice, and it had single stage. We were using a high-cut polish, and a random wouldn't even remove the polish.
