I have 2 genuine T1 Race Development M28 to 10AN aluminum B series block adapters, along with 2 Aeroquip AQP hoses with 4 45 degree Aeroquip FCE1524 nickel plated aluminum hose ends. The hoses are cut the exact length needed from the bottom of my T1 breather box to the fittings on the back of the block, but I have some extra AQP hose if you need a different length. I had these parts on my car for about a month before reinstalling the PCV black box and switching to a single 12AN return hose. Here's a link to Aeroquip's website showing the hose ends included:

When new, the T1 fittings were $50/pair, the Aeroquip hose ends $30/each, and the AQP hose about $6/foot. Asking $65 for everything. Send me a PM if you're interested, thanks.
